We provide an environment where students can expand their knowledge, share experiences, and develop themselves in the financial sector. Our aim is to connect students with like-minded individuals and professionals, so they can lay a strong foundation for their future careers. As an affiliate, you are part of the LSB community. You receive free access to all our public events. Based on your engagement within the community and the available places, you may also be invited to exclusive events and meetings. Additionally, you have access to our news group, featuring relevant market news, recent market developments, and interesting insights.
FAQ
Every student studying at a university or college can become a member of LSB. We welcome students from various universities and colleges, regardless of their field of study or background.
You can become a member by signing up through our website. If you have any questions, you can always contact the board via our website, social media, or email. You will then receive more information about the procedure and the conditions for membership.
LSB meets bi-weekly, both online and in person. During these meetings, the portfolio, current economic developments, and potential new investment opportunities are discussed and thoroughly analysed.
You can only become a member at certain times, usually at the start of the academic year. After your registration, the contribution and admission will be processed further, while we always ensure the stability of the portfolio.
The contribution is always equal to the current value of the portfolio per member. The initial contribution was €200 at the start.
You can only cancel your membership at the end of the academic year. On leaving, you will receive your share of the portfolio back, calculated on the basis of the value of the fund. This payout is made at the beginning of the following semester to maintain the stability of the portfolio.
